2. DATA WE COLLECT
Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone (optional) and the content of your message. Emails, calls and messages you send us directly. Technical data: IP address, browser/device data and basic session information, processed automatically by our hosting platform to deliver and secure the website. Invoicing data (only if you become a client): name/company, address, VAT/tax details and payment records.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS (GDPR ART. 6)
Replying to your enquiry and preparing quotes: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Managing client relationships and delivering services: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Accounting, invoicing and tax obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Website security and technical operation: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Non-essential cookies and analytics, if enabled: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not send newsletters or use your data for marketing profiling.

4. RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS
Wix.com Ltd. and its group companies (website hosting, contact form, invoicing and site statistics); Weblang (rubyroid.tech), website language-selection service; accountants or tax advisors where required by law. Your data is not sold and is accessed only by the Data Controller.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Wix and its sub-processors may process data outside the EEA (for example Israel and the USA). Transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. RETENTION
Contact requests with no resulting contract: 24 months from last contact. Quotes not accepted: 24 months. Client communications: duration of the relationship plus 24 months. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Italian law. Technical data: according to Wix and cookie lifetimes (see Cookie Policy).

7. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@aplus-entertainment.com; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
